We will never book with HolAp and the Ackle couple again.Whether… customer service is good or bad often only becomes clear when problems arise. And there were!I won’t go into the dirt on the ventilation system. The apartment was basic, but quite nice.On the day of our arrival, we learned that a jazz festival would be taking place right outside our window for a week: noise from midday until sometimes 3 a.m., coming from several stages simultaneously and directed at us, with the balcony acting like a funnel, amplifying the noise even further. We couldn’t sleep! We saved audio and video recordings.The Ackle couple seemed completely oblivious. After we complained, they had vanished. They claimed they had mentioned the jazz festival. Yes, they had, but in a different context, without mentioning the significant noise pollution. Their response that we should have known because our son worked in town was also outrageous. No, firstly, he didn’t know, and secondly, being new to the area, he couldn’t have foreseen the deficiencies the apartment would suffer for a week.They gave us a few francs off for the saved cleaning costs. They refused to contact the apartment owner. Of course, he brings in money, and they didn’t want to jeopardize their business. Better to turn away a guest; business is good anyway. They offered us another apartment! But we would have had to pay extra for it. Again, no compromise whatsoever.Such behavior is reprehensible. We would have expected a subtle hint, since the ACKLES knew about the festival and where it was held.We moved out the next day. Almost 1,000 francs in damages, but at least we had some peace and quiet.read more

Excellent, in all parts super equipped 50 sqm apartment with underground… parking space, close to the lake and immaculately clean. Very good service from the office, we came after office hours and found the key at the agreed place. We enjoy Switzerland, in everything.read more
