In front of the living area extends the beautiful outdoor area with a level garden and lawn, terrace with sun blinds and stone table. On the other side of the living area there is another terrace and a large lawn. At the end of the lawn there is a neat one-storey dependence building that borders to the neighboring property. Driveway until house. 2 reserved parking spaces. Golf course, village center, lake promenade, Lido and shops about 500 m. Bus stop about 800 m. Bed/kitchen linen and washing machine/dryer available.
