The spacious tower-like house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden planted with palm trees, camellias, azaleas, olives, etc. It is located in a sunny and quiet position in an exclusive residential area of Ascona on a side street just a few minutes walk from the lake and Lido, the golf course and the lake promenade. In front of the living area extends the beautiful outdoor area with a level garden and lawn, terrace with sun blinds and stone table. On the other side of the living area there is another terrace and a large lawn. At the end of the lawn there is a neat one-storey dependence building that borders to the neighboring property.
