Bus stop ca. 400 m. Shops Minusio ca. 3 km. Locarno train station and lake ca.4 km. Bed/kitchen linen available. Washing machine and dryer for private use. Pets not permitted. Smoking only outside. The terrace at the level of the living area has deep terrace walls, not suitable for small children (at your own risk). Below the pool area there is the 3-room duplex apartment, which can be rented separately with reference to the HolAp property number H6645-469.

Lower floor, accessible by internal stairs: own swimming pool area with indoor pool and whirlpool, shower, granite stone bar and direct access to the open, large sunbathing terrace and sun blinds.
